ASCENSION is the process in which each human moves into the vibration of becoming a multi-dimensional being. We are becoming Human Angels. At the present time, many are unable to hold their center or keep their balance especiall when the cosmic energies become very strong. The energies of the New Earth are continuing to get stronger and humans are experiencing this in the physical/material realm with many new unexplainable diseases and symptoms. Until humans learn to hold their balance in these energies, they will continue to experience the "ascension symptoms". The key to integrating Higher and Lower energies is to be completely GROUNDED and then to be able to align your grounded physical vehicle with your Higher Energy Body. I have assisted many people who have strong spiritual missions but they spend so much time and energy in the spiritual realm that they are severely ungrounded. With work, they learn to strengthen their earthly foundation,in otherwords...ground. This helps them to hold and carry the powerful ascended energies of the New Earth.

When the energies of the higher realms are particularly strong, people will often lose their balance. Their body is put under great strain, which creates illness and unhappiness. The physical symptoms that manifest are a result of the higher and lower bodies not being fully aligned and balanced. For when the bodies are in balance and the HEART is functioning fully, then the energy is able to flow clearly from the higher levels through the Heart chakra and into the Earth. There are many who are unable to transfer the energy from the higher to the physical. This is often experienced as heart palpitations and spaciness, as the energy backs up in the higher bodies. The lower body feels tired and weak and unwell, because it is vibrating out of harmony with the energy of the higher. Sound like anyone you know? Also, the ascension imbalances can make people overly emotional and angry, or tearful and depressed. You will see them become very self-absorbed and play out ego and control dramas. This is not longer about "healing their inner child", since most ascended beings have passed through that basic healing. It is an evidence of the lower chakras being pushed out of balance by the powerful energies that are active in the higher chakras. Once the lower chakras start to spin at the ratio needed to balance out with the higher chakras, there is little that you can do except allow the process and know that soon you will feel the alignment. This balancing process is natural and "automatic", and the higher energies will achieve this balance if they are ALLOWED.

You can help the process if you understand that it is primarily about the alignment of energy. Assisting the alignment of the higher and lower will alleviate these physical symptoms. Once the alignment is complete and energies are balanced, the flow of Divine Creative Energy is intense and powerful. Almost anything can be achieved. During the process of ascension, people need to train their egos to work in harmony with their hearts. The ego is the "mouth and mind that never shut up" whereas the heart is true vehicle of wisdom. Only when the heart is fully blossomed will a person be able to balance the energies and manifest their desire. With the assistance of Ascension Reiki, a person's energy fields are brought into balance. The energy of this Reiki variation complements traditional Usui Reiki. It will open and unify the flow of the higher energies or balance the flux into the lower physical body whether it is too strong or blocked. I am most often prompted to call in the Ascension energies to open and assist the "rainbow bridge" for an individual. This is a point above the crown chakra that acts as a "gateway" between the 7 body chakras and the higher spiritual chakras.
