PURPOSE OF RODS
These rods have been developed to reduce stress, enhance Chi, increase health, improve vitality, open all the body's energy centers (charkras), expand psychic ability and deepen meditation. They bring the body, mind, spirit into balance and significantly relax the body when agitated or when preparing for sleep.


COMPOSITION OF RODS
There are six sets of rods, with different crystals in each set according to one's needs. The rod for the right hand is made from copper and gold; the rod for the left hand is made of zinc and silver. Holding both rods activates the body's own abilities to heal and find balance.
