Each part talks and teaches you when you are "conscious" of it. It is important to gain an intuitive understanding of life energies and how to actively apply health principles, practices and therapies to hold the balance between body, mind and spirit.

MEDITATION AND RITUAL
In the 70's, my mother had a yogi come to our home and teach us Transcedental Meditation. I was 12 years old and I remember thinking "this is weird." I kept saying the mantra "Ohm Mane Padme Ohm" through the years not truly understanding the depth of its healing. Not until much later in my life did I realize how important Meditation and ritual are. Though I wish I had the time and temperance of a Tibetan monk, I have learned to work meditation and ritual into my life as "practical practices." We need to understand and apply proper "breath" each day and to find a place of stillness and silence in our minds.

YOUR OWN HEALER
"We are our own healers." Be it scientific proof or shamanic pathway, we are ultimately the power behind our personal healing. We must learn that true anatomy involves body, mind and spirit. We must "feel" how each corresponds to "creating a state of wellness." The more conscious you are of how each of these connected areas specifically respond to your belief systems, intent and actions, the better you will be at identifying and using your energy to create wellness. Each day, we make a choice to actively "work" each area to create balance and wellness.
